Wine with aroma of fruit in compote with balanced minerality, wood integrated in the set.
In the mouth has fresh acidity, full and intense, very persistent fruit and long finish. Serve at 13 - 16ºC.

Soils Slate stony soil.
Climate Mountainous continental with hot and dry summers.
Winemaking Vinification in cold maceration system for 12 hours, followed by a pneumatic press where all fermentation vats are removed without pressure, cold static decanting for 24 hours. 50% Fermentation in stainless, remaining fermentation in oak barrels of 2 and 3 years, fermentation time between 15 to 20 days (stainless) with temperatures of 15 to 18ºC.
Stage 50% in barrels during 8 months with lifting of fine lees, remaining 50% in stainless steel.
