Round and silky tannins in the mouth, full, correct acidity with a long finish. With Turkey Stew based on toasted bread with carrots and leek, serve at a temperature of 18ºC.

Winemaking To find the smoothness, the grapes are destemmed, then the cold maceration intends to pass the fine and fresh flavors of the fruit to the must. Malolactic fermentation in barrels, aims to relieve the firm acidity, make the wine more velvety and textured.

Stage It aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
