With slightly vegetal notes typical of the variety reminiscent of asparagus and cut grass. In the mouth it is fresh, tasty and intense. Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC.

Climate Temperate Mediterranean.
Winemaking August harvest, pressed gently. The must decanted for 2 days, fermentation at low temperatures.
Stage Stage on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 7 months.
