Open and bright colored wine, lemon tint.
In the aroma, the intensity and playfulness of style predominates. Aroma of immense fruit, full of tropical suggestions, apricot and white plum. In the mouth, it has medium body, velvety, soft but with immense freshness, with the fruit taking precedence. Tropical suggestions maintain their presence, combined with citrus tones and refreshing vegetable modulations. Very harmonious and proportionate. Tasty, consistent finish with distinct persistence. Ideal with mussels with fennel, chicken breast stained with lemon, couscous with vegetables, fresh cheese. Serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
