Ingredientes
- 200g beef minced
- 100g minced pork
- 250g fresh tagliatelle pasta
- 50g farinheira
- 40g mozarella pearls
- 35g meat chorizo
- 20g mini loaf of bread
- 15g crunchy breadcrumbs
- 10g basil
- 10g dry seasoning mixture (dry coriander powder, garlic powder)
- 50ml hazelnut milk
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 chicken egg set up outdoors
- olive oil q.s.
- pepper q.s.
- salt q.s.
 
Method of preparation:

1º Start by heating the oven to 180ºC. In a small bowl, spoon the breadcrumbs into small pieces, mix with the hazelnut milk and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. Mix well. 
 
2º Then, mash the chorizo and farinheira. 
 
3º In a large bowl, combine the meats and add the mixture of the milk loaf dipped in milk, farinheira and chorizo. Mix everything well and add the egg and the mixture of dry seasonings. Also season with salt and pepper. 
 
4º On a tray, arrange the meat in the form of a roll and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Drizzle with a wire of olive oil and bake for 30 minutes. 
 
5º However, cut the tomato into quarters. In a pot, bake the batter in boiling water with salt for 3 minutes and drain. Mix the dough with the tomato, the mozarella and finalize with the basil leaves and a strand of olive oil.
