Good aromatic perception with ripe fruit and tropical notes. In the mouth reveals complexity with a good acidity that makes it joyful.

Winemaking

We intended to create a young white wine focused on fruit and freshness. The harvest was handly made to select the best fruit. The grapes were destemmed to avoid bitter tastes. The fermentation was made in low temperature (14ºC) in stainless steel vats to slowly extract the delicate aromas and flavours. The wine also spent two months in fine lees to expand the velvet texture.

Degustation

Bright colour with lemon tones. The aroma reveals intensity and youth style. Aroma full of fruit and tropical notes, apricot and white plum. An appealing style without being trivial. In the mouth has medium body, velvety and freshness given primacy to the fruit. Tropical suggestions maintain their presence combined with citrus tones and refreshing vegetables modulations. Very harmonious and proportionate wine with a consistent finish and distinct persistence.
