Vinification in cold maceration system for 12 hours, followed by a pneumatic press where all fermentation vats are removed without pressure, cold static decanting for 24 hours.
50% Fermentation in stainless, remaining fermentation in oak barrels of 2 and 3 years, fermentation time between 15 to 20 days (stainless) with temperatures of 15 to 18 º C.
