Winemaking

Vinification in cold maceration system for 12 hours, followed by a pneumatic press where all fermentation vats are removed without pressure, cold static decanting for 24 hours. 50% Fermentation in stainless, remaining fermentation in oak barrels of 2 and 3 years, fermentation time between 15 to 20 days (stainless) with temperatures of 15 to 18 º C.

Degustation

Elegant, full and intense with white flowers and ripe fruit some compote.

In the mouth is round, with very good acidity, mineral, wood very well integrated mature fruit always in prominence with long finish.
